Anti-aircraft drones for position protection

Enemy drones are a constant nuisance.

They scout, hunt down our artillery positions, transmit coordinates and try to destroy our gear. If a drone is spotted overhead, the battery has to go silent to avoid giving away its position and taking a strike. But silence on the front line is expensive — every minute without fire costs lives and opportunity.

Solution — air-defense drones: a relatively inexpensive, mobile and effective layer of protection for artillery crews. Their roles:

early detection — they keep airspace corridors under watch and feed info to reconnaissance and ECM teams;

interception — they shoot down or distract enemy UAVs and Lancets (loitering munitions) before those reach the position;

position escort — they patrol around firing points during setup and shooting;

resource saving — they protect batteries far cheaper than deploying costly SAMs and extend the time a battery can operate.

We all benefit when artillery keeps firing.
